Trying to Return to Fitness ... Update #1

I have been trying to keep a consistent routine to return to fitness and when I am starting to get into my rhythm, it's interrupted by some festivities or work.

This time I am determined to put them in writing so that I am constantly reminded on my progress and hopefully this would be a better reminder.

I have started my routine in March and progressed to 1.5 - 1.6 "clicks". I was trying to build stamina so that I could achieve my goal of doing 10 "clicks" within this year. Gosh...thinking back to my school days, I used to be able to do 12 "clicks"!

The following would be my immediate plan to achieve my goal of 10 "clicks" within this year:

As of 4 April 2009, I was able to up my routine to 2.1 "clicks". I intend to consistently train for 2 "clicks" for 3 weeks before increasing to 3 "clicks" starting 3 weeks from now (i.e. 25 April 2009) and then increasing another "click" after 3 weeks of running 3 "clicks". The idea is to achieve 5 "clicks" by June 2009.

In summary, the plan till half year is as per the following:
1.) 4 April 2009 - 2 "clicks"
2.) 25 April 2009 - 3 "clicks"
3.) 16 May 2009 - 4 "clicks"
4.) 6 June 2009 - 5 "clicks"

I should be updating this blog on my progress so that at least I am pushing myself to achieve my goal.
